1. Use of Site

This Site serves as a landing page providing product information, embedded YouTube video tutorials, a newsletter sign-up managed via Mailchimp, and a “Buy on Amazon” button which redirects you to Amazon.com for product purchases. We do not process sales directly on this Site. You are granted a limited license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial informational purposes only.

  • Newsletter: To subscribe, you must provide your name (if requested) and email address. Subscriptions are managed by Mailchimp, and you may unsubscribe at any time via the link in the emails.
  • Contact Form: To submit inquiries via our contact form, you must provide your name, email address, message, and check the box confirming your acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Submissions without this consent will not be processed.

3. Third-Party Services & Links

  • Amazon: Clicking the “Buy on Amazon” button redirects you to Amazon.com. Your purchase and interaction with Amazon are governed by Amazon’s own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for your experience on Amazon.
  • YouTube: Embedded videos are hosted by YouTube. Viewing these videos means you are interacting with YouTube, which is subject to Google’s terms and privacy policies.
  • Mailchimp: Newsletter sign-ups are processed by Mailchimp, subject to their terms and privacy policy.

You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico, for the resolution of any disputes.
