Product Questions & Support

Your Questions.
HTB V1 Answers.

Learn about HTB V1’s configurations, components and support options.

What is the HTB V1 Classic Hip Thrust Belt?

HTB V1 is DAYCrafterGear’s Classic Hip Thrust Belt. It combines a padded belt, loading straps and connectors for the exercise configurations demonstrated in the official tutorials. Four connector arrangements provide dumbbell clearance options for Modes 1–2; Mode 3 uses a separate suspended-load setup.

What do the four clearance configurations change?

They change the connector arrangement and the clearance available for Mode 1 and Mode 2 dumbbell hip-thrust setups. They are not waist-size adjustments. See the four clearance configurations.

Which weights are compatible?

Compatibility depends on the weight and demonstrated setup. Check the HTB V1 setup tutorials for the relevant configuration or contact our team about a specific weight.

How do the exercise modes differ?

Mode 1 includes the Waist Strap for dumbbell hip thrusts. Mode 2 covers documented free-placement exercises without it. Mode 3 is the Heavy-Duty Harness configuration for weighted dips, belt squats and weighted pull-ups. Explore the three mode summaries.

Is the Waist Strap used in every mode?

The Waist Strap is used in Max Stability with Waist Strap (Mode 1) and as part of the body anchor in Weighted Dips / Heavy-Duty Harness (Mode 3). Full Freedom / No Waist Strap (Mode 2) does not use it.

Where can I find the HTB V1 parts and dimensions?

See the numbered HTB V1 kit image and matching component list in Parts & Dimensions. Each item includes its name and the available component measurements.

Where can I find setup videos?

Visit the HTB V1 tutorial page for Perfect Fit and the three exercise modes.

What if my dumbbells press against my hips?

Stop the set and review your setup. For the HTB V1 dumbbell configuration, review the vertical dumbbell position shown in Dumbbell Position and compare your setup with the official tutorial. Positioning is not a guarantee against discomfort; do not continue through pain.

How do returns and product support work?

For returns, replacements, refunds, missing or defective parts, or warranty questions, contact the seller or follow the support process provided by the platform where you purchased.
