At DAYCrafterGear, we stand behind every product we make. All DAYCrafterGear products are sold through Amazon.com and are covered by Amazon’s standard 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, here’s everything you need to know.
1. Return Window
You may return your DAYCrafterGear product within 30 days of the purchase date as per Amazon’s standard return policy. After 30 days, returns are subject to Amazon’s extended return policy for eligible orders.
2. How to Return — Step by Step
Go to Your Amazon Orders
Log into Amazon → “Returns & Orders” → find your DAYCrafterGear order.
Select “Return or Replace Items”
Choose your reason for return. Amazon will generate a prepaid return label if applicable.
Package and Ship
Pack the item securely (original packaging recommended). Drop off at your designated return location.
Refund Processed by Amazon
Once Amazon receives the item, your refund will be processed according to Amazon’s refund timeline.
3. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items should be:
- Returned within the 30-day return window.
- In the original or similar packaging where possible.
- Not damaged due to misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modification.
Items that show clear signs of improper use or damage caused by overloading beyond rated capacity may not be eligible for a full refund. Please use all products within their stated specifications.
4. Refunds
Refunds are processed by Amazon and will be credited to your original payment method. Refund timing depends on Amazon’s processing schedule and your financial institution — typically 3–7 business days after Amazon receives the returned item.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item:
